This morning we talked about working through rough weeks. Timmy had a guest speaker scheduled for Wednesday night, and he forgot about him, but by the time Wednesday night rolled around, he sure was thankful. We talked about the ups and downs of ministry life.
Andrew’s whole family got sick over the weekend, which is especially bad since his wife runs the children’s ministry at their church. We talked about pushing through on sick days, and how days when we’re not feeling it sometimes turn out to be good days.
We wrapped up by talking about how we need to preach toward different personality types and learning styles, instead of just our own.
Things got weird and unpatriotic at the end for a few seconds.
