20+ years of youth ministry comes with it’s share of struggles and failures. In this episode I walk through four failures in how I approached ministry at different points along the way.
- Not catching the vision to invest in and empower leaders.
- Dumping instead of delegating.
- Siloing our Student Ministry.
- Letting my ministry = my identity.
