In this episode we chat through how we review big events. We use “Right, Wrong, Missing, Confused” and it’s super helpful in looking back on events that just happened. We also sit down with Jen Bradbury, youth pastor and author of “Unleashing The Hidden Potential Of Your Student Leaders”, chats through how to lead/start a healthy student leadership program so it’s effective in your ministry and so it’s not a clique.
We walk through:
Having an application process
Training
Job Descriptions
Teaching Calendars
It’s a great one!

What type of things did you use for your extreme bingo?
How did you switch back and forth easily from boxes to pick me?
The son is Louie Louie by the Kingsmen.
You can download it our version for free in the DYM store.
We had boxes on the main screen and had pick me hooked up to another computer on the stage attached to a TV
I don’t see the outlines of the teaching.
Best episode yet!
