Nothing like getting a devicive text moments before church started. That’s what happened to Timmy yesterday as he was gathering for prayer with several people from his church. Fortunately, he was given a neat little surprise from the youth team at about the same time, balancing out the see saw of a morning.
It’s VBS week at Andrew’s church. We discussed best practices and a few youth ministry hacks for a week when everyone is stretched super thin. Once again, a pastor’s social media usage was brought up. We talked about leveraging people in the church’s joy on social media, and how to discuss the topic with multiple generations and ideologies.
